I have 1 star because not have zero . This site is a fraud. I made a purchase, but they claimed they couldn't find my address and returned the package, charging me a fee for redelivery. When I said I wanted a refund, they insisted on charging me anyway; now, looking at my account, I see they are taking more money and refunding me less than the original amount.

Placed an order and didn't receive it. They said it was on back order although they had no problem charging my credit card. The customer service rep wouldn't give me his name but he was obnoxious. I also spoke with Donna, she yessed me to death and told me that she understands why I would order from a different store in the future.

Placed an order for knee support wanted two the site would only accept an order for one. Thank goodness for that because upon receiving my order it was the wrong knee support style and size which was small when I need an XL. So I reached out to their customer support and was interacting with Beth. She provided instruction and a link on how to return my order for correction. My order never came up after entering the number at the entry point on the site. Since my order was a closeout product Beth told me: we do not have the ability to change or substitute items after an order is placed. No exchange or refund bottom line!

After two weeks of processing and getting the notification of shipment, I received that the order was canceled 

Terrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone and they do not call back. Even when I paid for return insurance, they would not accept return if I said that I have tried it. Their policy stated that it can be exchanged if it doesn't fit. Never buy from this store!

I bought a support belt for my back. Then I discovered that a minute after paying for my order, I had "bought" another belt!!! A completely different one, which I hadn't been looking for or bought! And they sent me the wrong one, not the one I ordered, in just one day!!!What's important is what they don't even know if the one I actually wanted is in stock! So, they're selling you something that's not even available!!! Moreover, I accidentally discovered that I had "subscribed" to automatic delivery of items I didn't need...My advice to you is, if you don't want a thief's hands in your wallet, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from scammers. By the way, for some reason it's impossible to leave a review on their website, obviously there are far too many negative reviews...

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed and paid for an order for a family member. Never received. This is a medical product that was obviously needed. Contacted customer service and they replied one time but with no help and although I persisted, I never heard from them again. DO NOT order from this company. Just find your products elsewhere. No customer service and no accountability for delivery or their errors.

This company is a SCAM. They sent a faulty brace and after a month of trying to contact customer service I was told a refund would be approved soon. Instead, I was ghosted and then 11 braces I NEVER ordered arrived with an invoice. I have contact BBB and Attorney General for Illinois. This is a scam company do NOT purchase!!!
