First time ordering a refurbished laptop from CompTechDirect. Package was delivered on time with lots of packaging airbags. However, the laptop box was torn from sides and was retaped. Anyway, contents inside were complete and all good. It came with Windows 10 Canadian French, but I'm savvy enough to get in and reset and upgrade to Windows 11 US English without any problems. Overall, got what was described.

My printer arrived damaged. It did not complete the initial setup. Seller refunded my purchase, but I had to ship back the unit at my own expenses, which were not insignificant, being this a fairly bulky item. I did not read their return policy ahead of time. I just assumed my shopping experience would be on par with other well established online merchants where free returns for any reason are a given.

Super router! Style: Netgear / Nighthawk This router made all the difference in our WiFi. It was super easy to set up and, after setup gave us blazingly fast internet access. Wish I had gotten it years ago. It was highly recommended to us by our provider. And specially when I called Comptechdirect for their suggestion the best customer service I have experienced!!! I will definitely comeback to Comptechdirect !!
