A very uninteresting company to work with. The team leaders are a joke: never quite understood what they’re really doing… The HR don’t have a face and all the processes run in the lack of transparency. The salary is low (the minimum wage in Portugal). If possible the company does everything to minimize even more that amount. The communication is near to 0. I don’t even dare to include the experience in my CV: in fact doesn’t sums nothing.

I started working in Glasgow Hope street back in August 2025 and thats what i found out during my tenure. Micro management, No paid holidays, Racism, Mis information, No help at all, No Empathy, No respect, Favouritism, If you are from a different country I would strongly recommend not to join these bunch of clowns, Information varies from person to person, No matter how good you are in your job yet you will have to build a relationship with your manager in which u will have to work according to his/her rules, if you want to stress out and want to have depression and anxiety you are welcome to join it otherwise stay away from it, its a No No ,

Après un entretien téléphonique tout à fait correct, un rendez-vous physique m’a été fixé pour le lendemain. Je me prépare sérieusement, prends un taxi tôt le matin et traverse la ville jusqu’à Charguia 2. À mon arrivée, j’ai sincèrement cru que je postulais pour une mission ultra-secrète : contrôles de sécurité excessifs, fouilles, succession de portes comme dans un film de science-fiction… pour finalement apprendre que ma présence était inutile. Raison invoquée : j’aurais travaillé il y a plus de 12 ans chez Stream, ancien nom de Concentrix, et mon nom serait donc “bloqué” dans leur base de données depuis plus d’une décennie. Une règle interne manifestement connue… sauf par la personne qui m’a appelée, validée, et fait déplacer. Lorsque je fais remarquer que ce genre d’information aurait dû être vérifiée avant de convoquer un candidat, on m’explique que ce n’est la faute de personne. Traduction : désorganisation totale, aucune coordination interne, et zéro considération pour le temps, l’argent et l’effort du candidat. Entre une politique absurde, une base de données figée dans le passé et une gestion du recrutement digne d’un sketch, l’expérience a été aussi inutile qu’éclairante. Une chose est sûre : le déplacement était une perte de temps, mais au moins, il m’a évité de découvrir de l’intérieur ce que signifie réellement travailler dans ce genre d’environnement.

Wer hier arbeitet muss jeden Tag die komplette Arbeitszeit mit Bild und Ton aufnehmen um dann nachweisen zu können, dass der Arbeitgeber nicht korrekt bezahlt. In einem völlig digitalisierten Unternehmen hört man vom Chef jeden Tag mindestens einmal "ach so!" da kommt man sich verarscht vor. Wer kein Selbstwertgefühl hat ist hier richtig.

The worse company to work for I started 2 years ago with currys campaign can not fault the team at Sheffield lovely people friendly and management are great. But unfortunately you get moved campaign and have no choice I end up with Vodafone they are useless management don’t care only about her sales fab who they like and don’t like and try find every thing wrong to get rid of you. 20 us started 2 left that says everything also took all my wages not once but 2 x

En sån här 0 poäng om det gick. Hög personalomsättning. Isolerad kultur, extremt. Kompetens behandlas som en tillfällig resurs snarare än ett värde. Känner sig konstant övervakad för att hitta "fel", låg transparens och tveksam etik i beslutsfattande. Upplevelsen överträffade mina förväntningar – som i princip var noll

Vanligt med felaktiga löner, återbetalningar dom inte ens berättar om och drar av 100% av lönen och lämnar en utan en krona. Hela företaget i Sverige borde göras om. Sök ej arbete på denna plats! Sjukt stressande många dagar med nummer som måste hållas (samtalstid, tid man har innan man tar nästa samtal med mer) man ör konstant jagad och monitorerad)

A very disorganized company. I received confirmation that they were going to hire me and that I would then speak with a manager. At the last minute, they sent me an email saying the meeting had been postponed. After that, nothing. Very, very disorganized.
