Downgrading from 5-star
Their staff is very helpful, however most reviews here are focused on the support staff at the beginning of the product experience. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with the functionality of the software itself. We have tried it on multiple computer and tablets with mixed results. Many are minor problems, but some have shut down the system for weeks. After a year and we are still not using a totally bug free product to its full potential. We have been limited by the product's state itself. Therefore, I think it's hard to justify a 5-star review at this time.
