As good as customer service and fulfillment were, I am very sad to say the product's quality did not meet my expectations. After about 15 minutes of reading and flipping, seams began crumpling and tearing on my 50-page magazines. Some of the pages with darker graphics were also completely unviewable due to shade; something that was NOT made apparent to me in the digital proof sent to me before the job.

. Thomas, my account rep, had emailed me asking if we had any needs. I emailed him on Monday 16th with my quote. He was not in that day. He emailed the pricing on Tuesday. I ask him if he could do any better on one of two orders I was going to place. He told me that his estimator said that was the best they can do. I then asked if they can combine the two orders on one skid to save in shipping. After many emails back and forth, he said they would not have any liability if something was damaged. So I then asked if I could send my own truck to pick it up. I then learned there was a "Fee" to pick my order up. The shipping cost for one order was $206.07. The fee to pick it up as $ 177.50. That's just ridiculous! The other orders shipping cost was $636.12. The fee to pick it up was $312.25. When asked what the fees are for he told me it was because it takes them out of automation. I believe all the same steps would have been the same to produce and pallet both orders. The difference is my truck will show up instead of the one they set up. This is just an added cost to make the printing price seem lower than what it is. It would have been a better experience if he would have just been honest. If you're going to sell to business people you can only assume they are just as smart as you. I thought by using my account rep that I would get the best price the company could offer. Not so. I found better prices by googling the name and promotions and saved over $400 by doing it myself online. All my rep did was lower the reputation of the company and wasted two days of my time. If you have a "best price" you're willing to give, then give it first without the bull. I'll look for another company next time.

Our rep, Lacy Fore was good. However, the rest of the experience was substandard to say the least. Printing was washed out, too blue, etc. Communication after the fact was difficult. I had to keep calling to get information on why our job came out so poorly and had to hound them for the adjustment they promised, had to hound them to get the balance of our product that wasn't USPS mailed. Very disappointing

DB, thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to leave such a helpful review. We're always working on improving our communications protocol so customers can easily get the information they need when they need it, whether it be product details, order updates or answers to invoicing questions. We have begun to enforce a new procedure that is designed to improve our support for customers who have completed orders with us so this type of problem does not occur again. We have also made minor adjustments to our invoice documentation so the details of orders are more clearly identified and explained. Thank you for your kind comments regarding Lacy. We'll be sure to let her know she was mentioned positively in your review! We apologize for having disappointed you, and we hope we will be able to make it up through our support or services in the future. Feel free to reach out by emailing [email protected] if you'd like to provide any additional feedback that we may not have addressed in this response. If there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to leave us a review.

Product was good but Very little concern for "customer experience". Poor communication. Blame the customer for everything attitude.
