Too expensive and you don't care
You continue to make me pay expensive shipping instead of allowing me to pick my order up at your loading dock. I've not been able to get you to work with me to make your products affordable and keep my small business in operation. I've changed vendors.

Thank you for your feedback, Ray. We're sorry to hear that the shipping options and costs available didn't meet your expectations. As you may recall, a few years ago, we stopped offering will call at our warehouses. We simply do not have the available space and staff to accommodate that option. I can see from the notes on your order that we did all we could to try and find a cheaper shipping solution for you, even giving you a product discount where we could. We understand you need to do what is best for your company, but we hope you will give us a try again, in the future. We wish the best for you and your business success.
