Paul, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and we apologize that it did not meet your expectations. We reviewed the order and spoke with your Packaging Consultant to better understand the events that took place. Since the product that you ordered is not one that we carry in our warehouse, we are at the mercy of our vendor. At the time the order was placed, they provided a 3-month lead time, and then unfortunately had additional production delays after that. While these delays are frustrating, we did continue to communicate those updates as we received them. With drop ship orders it is normal to take payment for part of the order to hold your place of reserved product until it is ready to ship. Once we confirm shipment of your order, we then take a payment for the remaining balance, so the payment process was completed as expected. We understand that since the order was placed in 2023 with only half the order charged then, and other half of the order charged in 2024, your tax exemption had expired at the end of 2023, and was not updated prior to the final payment. We did remedy the situation the same day you alerted us, and you have been credited back for the tax you were charged. Your 2024 tax exemption is in place for future orders. We always try to manage customer expectations to the best of our ability, and we hope to provide you with better experiences moving forward.

Brandon, I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with the division of a partnership. I did review your account and can confirm we have it well documented from our last conversation, that you are the only authorized user on the account. The order that was placed with us last month was made prior to us being made aware of this separation. Even though an order was still placed, we can assure you that your saved credit card was not used to pay for that order and the other party has no access or visibility to that information. We do not get involved in divisions of businesses, and as you have experienced, they can be difficult and frustrating. We trust the parties involved to be honest in their dealings with us and expect that when any big changes are made, such as people leaving the company, we will be notified as soon as possible to prevent any unwelcome actions from aspiring. We take the security of our customers information very seriously.
