Promised delivery 5-7 working days. Took over 6wks. Ended up renting a storage unit while waiting for delivery 😡

Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with the delivery delay and the inconvenience of needing to rent storage while waiting for your container. Container delivery timing can depend on container availability, release timing, and driver scheduling, which can sometimes affect how quickly a unit can be delivered. While that does not excuse the delay in your case, our team does work hard to coordinate deliveries as quickly as possible and to keep customers updated throughout the process. We appreciate you sharing this and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.

The container was delivered on time. We had a small problem getting the container off the trailer because the driveway was sloped sideways. However, the driver was able to get the container set. The container is in good shape.

Our drivers are DOT-approved, and difficult deliveries are what they are best at. Thank you for your business and honest review.

Straight forward transaction. No upsale, or runaround, just order your container and it shows up a week or two later. Cant recommend them enough.

You guys delivered about a week later than promised but you delivered. But the container was ugly as can be. But it still does the job so you will still get five stars across the board

Thank you for the honest feedback, Ty. We apologize that the delivery took longer than promised. We’re glad the container is still doing the job, and we appreciate your understanding. WWT containers can show rust and wear and tear from prior use, but they are structurally sound and built to handle the job they’re intended for. Thank you again for your business and for the five-star review.

Was promised a Carrier refrigeration unit, it ended up being a Star Cool unit. It needed $1000.00 in repairs within a week of start up

We did respond and review the claim, but we understand the outcome did not meet your expectations.
