My team is using ConvertKit. It's easy to make landing pages and send newsletters, but the backend is sprawling and hard to use. My email marketer is one of the best in the business and gets tripped up with hard to find important tools and automations. We're looking for a different provider right now

I've been with ConvertKit for almost 2 years now. While I have my complaints (price, lack of design features), their customer service has always been helpful. Whenever I have a question, it's not long before someone responds and tries to work through the issue with me. That's huge in my book, and the reason I'm still with them. Thank you ConvertKit.

Great platform for my affiliate marketing purposes. The only reason I am taking one star off is because of how expensive they are. I have accounts at other providers for less and I am hesitant to move all my business to ConvertKit due to their pricing.

Easy to use interface and I like the idea that their free plan lets you test all the features without forcing to upgrade. Good for users with small email lists.

This marketing tool is amazing and had an easy time installing and setting it up for our website. It easily integrates with most tools. Unfortunately, the one things we needed was pop-up compatible with Elementor which unfortunately did not exist - but as soon as it does we will be defiantly switching back to them (plus, beats mail chimp)
