Customer service was very responsive and knowledgeable. Only issue was the laser that was sent with the kit did not fit the gun. We were able to remedy the situation though and everything worked as described.

The system is incredible, makes dry fire training SO much better. Easy to put together and use. Only 2 minor issues that made me drop from a 5 star to a 4. First, re-assembling the pistol with the CoolFire barrel isnt always easy. You have to find a very specific "sweet spot" between the slide and the frame in order to get the slide to go on. Second, the laser is adjustable but since its only on for a split second when you fire, it doesnt have a good way to quickly get it zero'd. I had to use my strikeman to track each shot and adjust. Seems like a silly engineering miss since a micro switch to take it from "by shot" to simply "on" would fix the problem. Otherwise I love it and use it almost daily!

The system works great. My only issue is that the gasket on the CO2 fill adapter fails very quickly. It’s a pain to keep changing them out

Overall a positive experience. I have recommended CF to others. However (not deal breakers), 1. I was disappointed that the striker tips are not lasting the video claim of "3-500 shots". For me, slightly less than 200 shots w/G17. Note: I use the recommended Cosori warmer; and, 2. Having no prior experience with CO2 I was unaware that the fill devices are cylinder specific. The Coolfire Sidekick I received is a great training aid. The only real issue is that I wish it had come with a complete set of instructions. I had to turn to YouTube to learn how to correctly set everything up. I also would like to see a green laser used as the red laser does not go far enough out to be recorded. Other than that the system worked great and I have not had any issues.

The items shipped fast without any need of expedited shipping. The item recoils as advertised however the laser quick fill adapter leaks after about 4-5 uses in one session. I believe this is due to freezing, the rubber gasket in the refill valve loses its ability to seal proper after freezing. I wish the recoil was a little harder. I'm using it on a sig P320. Overall it is more enjoyable than having to rack the slide manually, adds excitement to dry fire training. I hope for improvements and more firearm variety.

The CoolFire Trainer barrel works just as intended. Just on the first few days of using it for a few sessions, I noticed my trigger pulls and target acquisitions drastically improved. In addition, the countless other drills improved also such as drawing from the holster, target transitioning and etc. The great thing is, it was all from the comfort of my house. I did knock off one star due to the cost of the striker tips. It becomes pricey considering if you practice often. Albeit, I can probably 3D print soft TPU material to replace the striker tips.
