I was thrilled to find the frames i loved on CoolFrames.com. I had broken my own glasses and with the replacement frames I was able to put my script into my newly purchased frames. The website was easy to use, delivery was timely and the pricing was reasonable.

Price was great, also was able to find discount; love that they offer another discount after purchase. Shipping took longer but I was just impatient. Item came amazingly packaged, high quality lenses and overall great experience

Buyer beware of shady discount website. You know what they say; you get what you pay for . My glasses arrived with the lenses popped out. I wrote to customer service as the website and subsequent emails say they are 24/7. I wrote to them on Friday and have received no response five days later.
