Overall is good, and the insurance consultant is great, but the delivery service can be improved.

The order process went fine, but did not recieve a tracking number and their track package feature just takes you to the main page, so no idea if it shipped or what, but after a couple of weeks the frames were delivered. Frames were new in package and boxed properly. great frames at a great price.. just poor tracking on this website.

Considering that I placed my order during holiday season, I still received my order at the estimated time. Thank you to the staffers that worked hard to that I may come into the new year with new glasses

I will order the Versace glasses 2 different times I get my prescription put into them and cool frames is awesome and affordable and it doesn't take long
