Thank you for your purchase, we shipped the item the next day September 29th and a notice by the post office was left on October 1st to pick up the item directly from them, it it not our fault that you didn't go to the post office for 12 days. Lee W.

Good customer service, price, and quality
Good customer service and quality frames, plus good pricing. The only problem I have had is finding sunglass clip-ons for the frames I ordered. My frames are so small, that I have not been able to clip-ons for them yet. This is not the fault of CoolFrames, but is frustrating for me.

Buyer beware
I purchased these and was unhappy with the size. When I messaged about returning for a refund they wanted ti charge me a hefty restocking fee and only a 50% refund on the lenses claiming they were custom when they actually were not. I don’t recommend anyone buying from these people. I know I won’t

thank you for trying our store, the restocking fees are listed on our policy page and they are definitely not 50%, a 10% charge was assessed to your return and we will gladly apply that fee as a store credit in the future if you decide to purchase from us in the future. Lee W.

we received a two frame order and one was canceled while the other was delivered to Canada 14 days after purchase, the one that was not sent was refunded to you. Lee W.
