Customer Approval Required according to my account. Ok, let's contact them. NO RESPONSE! I have tried numerous times ringing the numbers listed on the website, sent several mails and received no reply. Money taken from my account and still no glasses.

Glasses started cracking on day 2 tried to get them to fix my problem without losing my vision emailed with no response back very disappointed in this company would not recommend them just wanted new lenses in replace of my cracked ones...

I wanted to replace my old frames which I had gotten at Costco 2 yrs ago (and were stepped on :( ). Costco no longer carries them but I was able to replace them for much cheaper through CoolFrames! I checked other sites, but this was by far the cheapest, and they are the exact same frames. So happy with my purchase!

It's been more than a month and my order is still not here. I opted and paid a top up for FedEx express delivery and they still used the slow regular shipper. I don't even know if RR Donelley is legit!

I needed new frames, i gave Cool Frames the proper measurements, w/in a week i had my frames, popped the lenses in, was an excellent fit, and now i'm back chugging along, perfect!!!!

My order came promptly, however, it was not the correct accessory for my glasses. The picture incorrectly implied it was a different model. I sought a return, which required an email for "approval." I did not receive a response to my email. It appears they took my money and ran. Not sure what happened. Would recommend caution when dealing with this company. Read the fine print.
