Took well over a month to receive my order and when it showed up the glasses were just tossed in a box with all the the other miscellaneous stuff. The whole set of glasses was smeared and smudged with someones disgusting greasy McDonalds fingers. Now at a time like this cleanliness should be a top priority. Next i paid for the anti reflective lenses and they are all but that. I see everything behind me as if i were wearing rear view mirrors. Contacted them about it and they wanted me to ship them back to their greasy fingers and pay more money for upgraded lenses instead of just sending me what i paid for. Its too bad it had togo this way because the prescription itself is spot on and i like the frames.

I would like to thank Cool Frames for saving me a lot of money & for being there when I needed help. Recently, my glasses broke right into, right in the middle of the nose piece. I've only had these glasses for a little over 1 year. If my glasses breaking into wasn't enough, I was out of town when this happened. I went to my car & started digging to see if my old glasses might happen to be hiding somewhere in there. I did find an old pair, not my latest old ones, a pair that were 15 years old. Needless to say, I wound up wearing those the rest of my trip, not that they did much good. Thank God, I didn't have to drive home. First thing I did when I got home was go straight to my eye doctor. I gave the assistant my broken glasses for her to repair. She looked at them & said to me, I'm sorry, but these can't be fixed. I was sick. My glasses costed me over 500.00, including the extras I need in glasses. I asked her if she could just order new frames, so she pulls the catalog my frames were ordered from, and low & behold they didn't make my frames any longer. I could not afford new glasses at this time. The doctor's assistant was kind enough to write down the name of the frames I had ordered a year before, along with the measurements I needed. I came home & searched all different glass & frame companies, and I found exactly what I needed at 'Cool Frames". They had the measurements I needed, the color I needed, and all for a very reasonable price, plus, free shipping. They came within just a few days. When they came in, I took my broken glasses & my new frames from Cool Frames, to my eye doctor & gave them to the assistant. In no time at all, she had my lenses put into my new frames, & I basically had a new pair of glasses. I am a very happy & satisfied Cool Frames customer, & highly recommend this company to everyone that might ever need lenses or frames.
