The choice of glasses are great, and so are the prices, but shipping needs improvement. I paid for two day shipping and got them 10 days later, I was told I did get two day shipping, they were shipped two days "after they were ready". I asked for a refund on my additional shipping charged and they denied it.

I was disappointed when I went to return an item and I found that not only did I have to pay return shipping (which I did with insurance and tracking and cost $10.00), but I was told I would also be charged a 20% restocking fee. I will not purchase any items from this web store in the future. I will purchase from Amazon in the future. They have a great selection of frames and either free or very low cost on return shipping and no restocking fees.

Banner ad on the site said 25% off if more than $x spent. My order was greater than $x. No discount on checkout. I phoned and was told I was probably right but they'd have to check so promised they would phone me back. I never got a call. When I called back after waiting several days I was told that the brand I selected wasn't eligible for the discount. There was no qualifier on the site. This is called 'bait and switch' and is illegal ... they don't care.

Received the frames as ordered, brand new! It was a hard to find set of frames, so I was happy I could get them from CoolFrames. Only issue I had was that the did not have my frames in stock and had to order from manufacturer. That is fine, but I should have known this before processing the order instead of receiving an email afterwards that my delivery would be delayed until they received the frames. Still, I was very happy I received the exact frames I requested to replace the old ones that I had damaged.
