My experience with CoolFrames was totally positive. The staff helped with my questions on insurance and applied the benefit to my order. I ordered my glasses on Monday night, with progressive no-line bifocal lenses. I had them by Saturday. Beautiful frames for a great price, fast shipment. Super!

The frames came well packaged and in perfect conditions, however they came too late and I had left the hotel, so I had to return to pick them, waisting too much time... and money

Relatively poor quality frame. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Regular updates on glasses progress while they were being made was cool. Love my new frames! Would definitely purchase from CoolFrames again. A representative contacted me about my vision insurance, which helped me make the decision to purchase.

Received the package several weeks after ordering, I expected a slight delay due to the holidays but it was a little excessive. Aside from that my glasses arrived in excellent condition and would recommend Cool Frames and use them again on the future
