Fast shipping and great customer service

Great price, no issues ordering or receiving the item. Love the glasses, they fit perfectly but I knew that since I had tried them at my local shop which was selling them for double the price and refused to extend any discount whatsoever. I appreciate my local businesses but that was just too much for me...Thank you CoolFrames!

Prompt service

Such beautiful frames & great customer service! Thank you!

Good price but glasses not assembled well. There is a very sharp clear string coming out of my frames.

I ordered frames that looked exceptional online but when in hand not so great. Cheap hinges and plastic. Not good quality for price paid.

Second time I ordered the exact same frames from this company. This time I was quite disappointed. Frames were portruding out of their case I Can Only Imagine they had been intentionally packaged this way from the start as these cases are spring loaded and just don't open on their own. Frames ended up being completely distorted. When sent detailed pictures to coolframes their response was to go into a local optician and try and get them to fix them. Really!! Go to the optician that I didn't buy my frames from and now ask them to fix coolframes poor quality control issues! They had also been shipped in an oversized box with no packing around them and we're flying around during the whole shipment process. After complaining a second time they said I could ship them back at my own expense yada yada... with other companies idea what they send me a prepaid shipping label in these cases and apologized profusely for their egregious mistake. I ended up very carefully straightening out the frames myself still not perfect and was very worried I might break them in the process. It will be the last time I order from coolframes.

Service was excellent. Ordered frames&received them in record time. No complaints at all!
