I was looking for a particular frame. I already owned the frame but wanted another. I googled it and found cool frames. They had 2 different colors. I emailed and heard back from them quickly. I received the frames within the week.

I broke the temples off my original Modern frames. Got the exact pair I needed in a timely manner. Popped my prescription lenses right in. Good to go, thank you!

Better prices are available elsewhere and the customer service afterwards I thought was atrocious. If you have ever visited NYC - don’t expect to receive anything like that kind of customer service!! Glasses were delivered in good condition with solid packaging is the positive.

Service from CoolFrames was excellent - but remember this is a US company and deliveries to U.K. will incur a Customs charge.

I ordered a backup pair of glasses from CoolFrames and love them! Not only was the service great but price was a third what I paid at the eye glass place at my Ophthalmologist's office for the exact same frame & prescription lenses. Definitely recommend them!
