Experiência fantástica. Comprei do Brasil e recebi em menos de 15 dias. Os óculos são excelentes, o atendimento e postagem super rápida. Altamente recomendo.

Using a website with a .co.uk and an 0800 contact number - to make you think they are a UK company, then shipping from the USA resulting in you being charged Tax of approx £18 per £100 pound spent with them. Goods cannot be returned without being charged a restocking fee. When you contact them on these points, they claim they have notices on there website or during checkout. In fairness they are small print positioned in a way to make them less obvious, on the website order confirmation pages. Purchasing through a mobile there is a lack of warning. Dishonest in there approach and when taxes are added on for import to UK - more expensive than buying local.

I ordered some Rx frames from CoolFrames and they arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately they weren't what I was expecting and I had to return them. It was simple to do and my refund was swiftly processed. Just be aware that if you're returning them for other than a defect in the item you will pay a re-stocking fee.

These people are selling FAKE goods and want to pawn them off to customers. I returned my items and have not received any money from them. They belong in jail. BBB have been notified.

I have purchased a pair of Siluette frames from Cool Frames. This was delivered to me overseas in the Middle East without any problems. They removed VAT from the price due to export. The item was genuine and exactly as advertised. I can not recommend Cool Frames highly enough, you can buy from them with confidence.
