Be aware...High Restocking Fee
Be aware.... If you need to make a return they charge a huge 20% restocking fee, plus you also have to pay return shipping.

Dealing with a company at a distance is…
Dealing with a company at a distance is always a risk but Cool Frames responded quickly to my warranty claim request and kept me in the loop when I asked questions. I felt somewhat ambushed when they informed me the part was ready to ship but that I had to pay an additional $25. for shipping and handling before they would send it out. (It only cost me $1.20 to send Cool Frames my defective warranty part.) I had paid full price for the same defective part a year previously not under warranty for about $112.

ordered flexon 603 with 145 mm temples
ordered flexon 603 with 145 mm temples. They sent them with 140 mm temples. Numbers are clearly stamped on temples. Tried to tell me that even though they are stamped 140 they are really 145. Bottom line, they want me to pay to ship them back and they will see what they can do. Don't know what to do with these glasses that don't fit. I'll figure something out but I'm done with these guys.

Please be advised that the manufacturer for Flexon changes out their frame and temples (sometimes they adjust them also) and should have also clearly indicated if the temples were adjusted (but still says the original size on the temples). I really appreciate the savings It…
I really appreciate the savings It would’ve cost me $300 more had I gone through my ophthalmologist. Takes a little longer but it was worth the wait

First time getting glasses online for my Visual Impaired son
Like most people this was my first time getting glasses online. But lets add on that I am getting glasses for my son who is visually impaired. I have to say I recieved his glasses within 2 weeks considering how high his prescription was, I was so surprised. The process was a breeze and I even was able to ask questions prior to ordering to make sure his glasses prescription is duable through them. And they kept me in the loop and made me feel at ease. His glasses are perfect and I will continue ordering through them.
