Sold me a product, sun glasses, then 31 hours later told tell me they don't have the product & it will take 4 business days to get it to them, who know's when it gets to me. I moved to cancel immediately upon notice of the out of stock situation. Scam Frames though thinks it has the right to keep $20.00 because I didn't cancel in 2 hours, though it took them 31 hours to tell me they don't have the product. Should the mistake have been mine, I'd be unhappy but would eat the $20.00. The mistake though was not mine and this is simply a scam charge designed to pray on unsuspecting and otherwise trusting customers. The scam: Take the customer's money, wait at least 2 hours then tell customer they don't have the glasses. A situation time wise, wholly unacceptable and that if it had been honestly presented at the time of purchase would have precluded the sale in the 1st place. The dissatisfied customer must wait or cancel, if they cancel Scam Frames keep $20.00 for doing nothing but wasting what would have been a customer's time. Beware who you are dealing with.

Great service! I got the frames on time. I had an issue with shipping and they contacted me as promised and made adjustments for me. I'll always keep buying frames here.
