My lenses were purchased with insurance, I paid full for frames...there was a longer delivery period due to insurance and lenses had a small scratch which is visible right near nose piece, probably from when they were inserted into frames. Guess you get what you pay for.....

I ended up returning the frames. They were stock frames without custom lenses and I was not refunded the full amount of the purchase. To hold back money for a "restocking fee" is outrageous considering I did not order custom lenses and returned them in their original packaging. I will never buy from you again and will deter others based on your refund practices.
