Phenomenal Customer service
The frames came quickly and were as expected. the best part was the customer service--the guy that helped me was able to call the manufacturer and find out that the frames i wanted were still being made by them, arranged to have the frames put back on their site, and ordered a pair for me. it was great service and i would highly recommend CoolFrames to anyone.

Online purchased eyewear should have longer return policy!
Frames were overpriced. Also a very short period of time to see how online purchased frames looked and fit in person before you couldn’t return them. Should be at least 14 days, not 5!
