Love Them!!!

2 day express delivery means a week
Paid for 2 day express delivery. Took a week to arrive. Customer service would do nothing.

thank you for your purchase, we understand that our customers want their purchase as quickly as possible and we do our best to get all products shipped within our listed shipping times 1-4 days for all none Rx orders, in this case the order placed Monday the 23rd of April was shipped two day air Thursday and they product delivered on the 30th of April second business day after we shipped.

Gave me a great price on a very high…
Gave me a great price on a very high quality frame. Someone had given me incorrect information about the colors available in the frame, but I communicated this to them, they corrected the problem immediately, apologized for the mistake they'd made and gave me a break on the price as compensation. This is what very good customer service looks like. I'd happily buy frames from then again.
