Great correspondence as to when item would arrive. F/u emails as to receipt were quickly answered and item came next day. The sunglasses are original designer item and comes in designer box in a wipe bag - never will I pay full price again! LOVE THIS SITE!! .

Ordering was an easy process, I was notified when the glasses were shipped and delivered. Fast and efficient business transaction. When I had difficulty with the receiving facility where I had them sent (not any fault of cool frames), their customer service went above and beyond to help me out and everything was a success. Thank you so much !!!

Reputable all the way. Real person email communication. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Product is as expected. Thumps up. I'll buy from them again.

What made my experience great was the ability to search through a Big Selection of Frames and to find a pair of frames with a one piece nose pad. Thank You for a Great Shopping Experience Cool Frames.

The few representatives that I spoke to were very professional and knowledgeable. Doing business with Cool Frames was smooth and easy even with the use of vision insurance. The set expectation for delivery was accurate and the glasses turned out beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend Cool Frames.
