I received my polycarbonate prescription glasses with scratch resistance and anti-glare. As it is difficult to purchase glasses online, they turned out to look very nice on me. I absolutely love the frames! My prescription has very little correction and they work quite well. My eye muscles are finally able to relax. Only one small thing: one arm is just slightly bent and they do not sit on my face straight, so I will likely have to bring them to an optician and have them fitted, no big deal. Also, I need to mention that I had a question about my glasses and customer service called me immediately to answer my question. I was very impressed by this since there seem to be so few companies left that take care of their customers so well. Thanks so much!

Just received my 2nd order. No prescription in the frames!!!! Very frustrated. The frames were on back order to begin with then excited to actually have finally received them to find they never had the prescription lens placed into frame!!!!

Overall great experience. Purchasing, timely package receival, prompt/friendly customer service and easy exchange process.

Eyeglasses were delivered with the wrong prescription lenses. Contacted Coolframes and was told to return them for new lenses. Glasses were again delivered with incorrectly ground lenses. Coolframes now refuses to replace these lenses and insists that I pay for new lenses. Very disappointed. Unsatisfactory on all levels.
