Fake Cartier frames. Wasted 1200 usd.

The price point was great, and it was very easy dealing and ordering the glasses with them over the phone

Lenses are great, second pair I have ordered and arrived as scheduled. Could add a "shipped" status when order is completed, although inquiry email was answered promptly.

Well... I called immediately (as in a minute) after I placed the order and spoke with a customer service rep. I informed him that the frames I ordered accidentally had an incorrect size element and was told that the element I was concerned about would make no difference. Well, it has. The glasses I received do NOT fit the way my last pair has. Pretty upset about this.

I wish you had a return free policy instead of exchange. Otherwise great service.
