Responsive customer service. Reasonable prices.

Attempted to order 3 different frames for my daughter and each pair ended up backordered or out of stock. All employees I contacted were polite about the issue, but it took several days to get any update and ultimately ended up with 0 glasses after weeks of effort. Why sell frames online if you don't even have any available to sell? Will not try to use this company again.

Glasses had been delivered very late for 10 days. and my frend flew wisout it. now i dont undestend how i can give for her this glasses. you know?

The process was simple. The frame selection is fantastic and the price is half of what I would pay at my optometrists office. I love the frames and the prescription is perfect. Highly recommend.

Place is ok. Great frames. Customer service is lacking big time. If u want to retain customers. Start rethinking return and exchange policy. Could help with that.
