Wrong size in order bigger came smaller

I got the frames I wanted.

I placed my order with express shipping and was notified that there was a delay and customer service was amazing and refunded my $15 express shipping fee and still shipped it out as express once they were ready. The glasses are also perfect and my daughter loves them!

Got the frames I was looking for at a decent price.

Shipped and delivered within a week. I also got a REALLY good deal on my Oakley's.

Don't believe the bad reviews. Just make sure you send the correct prescription. From ordering to delivery I had them within a week. I am blown away by this company and will continue to support them and spread the word. They even sent the lens envelops to show the RX was correct. Thank you Cool Frames!

Transition lenses won't darken enough. It's so light that appears as if no transition at all! :(

Cool Frames had as very quick response to my problem. They replaced the frames and inserted my lenses. I received shipping information and the glasses back in 5 days. Very nice people to work with. Also the frames I selected were $200 less then they were in my Ophthalmologist office.
