The product that I bought from this company unfortunately didn't work for me. I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away. They were so nice and understanding and gave me a full refund on the product without any hassle. The whole experience really impressed me. I would definitely recommend this company!

I wanted it to fit my specific tablets. This product is suppose to be universal ..it is not. Once on it puts pressure on the control buttons. Wierd things started happening. Also can't see to take pictures. Love material but so disappointed. If I had not thrown boxes away ( received trash night) I would have sent back. Not happy at all.

Dear Karla Woods, Thank you for your review Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion our product listing has created and any inconvenience this may have caused. The case you bought was a universal case and as such it was unfortunately, incompatible with your specific device model. Our Amazon product listings are made under the assumption that if a feature is not listed, then its not available for this product. We strongly encourage all customers to pay attention to the product's description and pictures before making a purchase. In cases where something is not clear, customers should use Amazon's "Questions & Answers" feature on the product listing or contact us directly for clarification. However, as your satisfaction is our top priority, we have already contacted you recently to offer the below resolutions: a) a full refund on your order b) we can send cases compatible with your device at our own expense. Please advise which solution you prefer. Again, please accept our wholehearted apologies for this misunderstanding. Looking forward to your reply. Best Regards, Curtis Customer Support Advocate

Ordered a product (ipad case) and it has been near a month and no response as to why it has not arrived. Poor and incomplete tracking system to North America. Customer service fails to respond in any manner.

Dear R Narine, Thank you for your review. I'd like to apologize for this situation. After you emailed us we got back to you to let you know that unfortunately, we suspected that your package was probably lost during shipping. We send several hundred shipments daily and lost packages are a rare occurrence, but these mishaps still happen. Regardless, we took full responsibility for this issue. We did not receive a reply to the email that we sent you offering a full refund or replacement sent with expedited shipping. Nevertheless, we took the initiative and sent you a replacement case free of charge. After checking the tracking information I can see that this arrived 2 days after you emailed us about your package not arriving. In this situation we suspect that there was an issue with our emails possibly going to your spam/junk folder. We hope that you are now satisfied with the product and service. Once again please accept our apologies for this situation. If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to drop us an email. Best Regards, Curtis Cooper Cases

My case was a universal that didn't fit my device, but the return was as quick and easy as snail mail allows. They returned the my money once they received the package.

Easy and immediate installation, good keyboard, that mouse pad is good but could be better. Good tablet protection, the tablet locking could be stronger. Easy and stable positioning in every normal situation
