I question the moral turpitude of this company as well as their business practices. I called over a week ago to notify them that I wanted to return my order. I informed them that I hadn’t even opened the boxes that the items were shipped in. The woman I spoke to advised that I’d receive an email with a reference number and instructions to return the items. Needless to say that I never received the email. Today I called back, having patiently waited a week, and spoke to a very rude customer service representative. To add insult to injury I’ve got to pay for the return shipping AND a restocking fee! WOW! That is such awesome customer service, copsplus.com. I will keep my business with Galls from this point forward.

They sell pepper spray with one SKU number, but the picture is of a totally different product. And they want you to ship it back or take 10% of your money back. Won't be buying anything else from this company. Overpriced and got something different than what I was expecting to get.

I ordered the DZ-8 gloves for my husband who is a mail carrier, and they are perfect..not too bulky which is key for being able to handle letters and packages well, yet they keep his hands warm. The price was competitive with other places and shipping was much faster than I thought it would be; in fact he had ordered these gloves from another store and we received my order before his had even shipped. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Always good service, and if there’s any issue they always get back to you in a timely manner.

Ordered a belt over a month ago. Still have not received it. I contacted CS and was told sorry but be patient your belt is on back over and will ship at the end of next month. After paying over $10.00 for shipping and handling, I reached out to CS and asked that if they could next day my order since nothing was on the website about my order being on back order and I had to wait 2 months for my belt to be shipped. No word back from them.
