Desperately looking for a replacement printer. Sy took control, got me the right reconditioned model and guided me expertly through my shipping options.

They were unable to source the printer I wanted, however they were able to offer the replacement part I needed to fix my printer, so it worked out just as well.

Good communication and prompt responses. Best price I could find for the unit I was looking for!

We received a refurbished printer packed well and in good shape

Answered phone. Quick email responses.

Great service.

The product I received was exactly what was ordered and delivered to my front door as planned. Sales staff was very responsive when asking questions and service team was extremely helpful with support.

We placed our first order for one reconditioned printer. It turned out we had ordered the wrong product! Sy is very knowledgeable and caught our error, saving us time and hassle. We would definitely order again.
