Eric was very helpful and the evaluation enabled us to know if a product was right for our client or not. After days of research and NO help from other like companies... Eric was a professional and solved our problem.

I was impressed with the quick delivery of the instruments. The site is easy to use and I'll use it again. Prices are comparable.

I've been unable to get any assignments through the mobile apps or otherwise. I've made my complaints & requested a refund. All of this only to be ignored. And still no refund. No customer service support at all
Reply from CorexcelMar 23, 2018
I am so sorry to hear that Lacy. I would be upset as well. Actually, more like furious. Earlier this morning one of our representatives called and spoke with you but I wanted to make sure we responded to your review. We’ve checked our logs, spam folders and email delivery history. Unfortunately we can't find records of your emails. Is it possible that you emailed Cengage Learning directly? I'm asking because our customer service team does not ignore emails they receive. And when you call our office (1-888-658-6641) you will always reach a live representative during normal business hours, M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST. If you prefer, we also offer live chat on our website at www.corexcel.com. If it's after normal business hours, please direct any emails to [email protected]. We will gladly assist you. If you would still like a refund for the course, we can process it today. Please call to confirm. We don't want to lock you out of the course if you'd still like to take it. My sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you've experienced. I really wish we'd received your emails.

Very professional. Communication regarding the 360 assessment process was excellent. Follow up regarding those completing the assessment was great.

Just started the Anatomy & Physiology and my biggest hold up is maneuvering around the course. Could be set up more intuitively. Also, note that when you sign up for a course you will not automatically be sent a link to begin. If it is after hours or on the weekend you must wait until someone from the office actually sends you something. There is no place on the website to immediately begin the course for which you have paid. A little surprising that the whole system isn't more updated. Hopefully will not have any more problems. Too bad if not because they immediately keep 55% of your tuition if you have any thoughts of changing your mind after you sign up. INITIALLY GAVE 3 STARS BUT I REALLY VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY RESPONDED AND SO QUICKLY. UPDATED TO 4 STARS. THANKS!

HI Karla, I’m sorry that you’re having trouble navigating the course. If you call our offices, one of our representatives will gladly give you a tour of the course and its navigation. We’ve felt the same way about the registration process. While the majority of our online courses include automated registration, Anatomy & Physiology offers unique challenges. We've been working to automate the registration process. The project is in the testing phase and will go live as soon as we are sure everything works as expected. Since we offer college credit for this course, we’ve been approaching the registration process with additional caution. If you find that you are unhappy with this course, please reach out to our customer service team so that we can help resolve any issues. We really appreciate your business and your feedback.
