Really the name is misleading. There is nothing about the device that relates to a sloppy BJ. It's just another vibrator. It's also very tight and causes friction burns, making it very uncomfortable to use, and yes I am using lubrication, lots of it.

Terrible purchase. Where to begin. 1st product was broken, replacement just wasn't worth the money. Shipping took a year and a half. Even thus survey is garbage, the link I opened and am now staring at is all in german.

I ordered a device and it was dead on arrival. I contacted customer service and was told to submit a video of the non-working device. I did so and cannot get a reply ever since. I asked for a replacement or refund since it could not be used. I've messaged the company several times and cannot get any response. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The shipping carrier is unreliable and what is complained about most during these reviews. A reputable company, if Cosara falls into that category, would address the issues and make changes to keep their customers happy. I can't say if the product is worth a penny cuz I'm still waiting on it and the tracking does not update. Stuck on shipping label created. I believe I will not open and return the items because of the poor service.

I placed one order and never received an update on delivery, so I thought i must not have placed the order and proceeded to place an order price was higher than first offer. Then I received an update on first order and immediately requested the order be canceled...nothing. Package was delivered and I asked to return with a return form was difficult to add attachment but finally sent it off. only to find they charged a restocking fee plus another fee which reduced my refund by $24. I ordered and received one of the products that they advertise extensively. It is nothing like what they advertise. It's a piece of junk! Oh, it looks really nice but it doesn't work as advertised. I'm asking for a full refund! We shall see what the response is. (the product ordered was the Turbo BJ)
