After purchasing several pairs of these sunglasses for myself and family I have determined it will never happen again. I purchased, for myself, the pair that got damaged over 4 years ago under the belief that they had a lifetime warranty as advertised, only to find out that that all changed in November of 2022 without my knowledge. I was never informed of this change until I received an evaluation of my damaged and repair option of $129.82 and did an internet search. After spending hundreds of dollars on myself and several gift pairs while receiving nothing in return for my faithfulness I will gladly spend that or more on any other brand.

Been a long time owner of a pair of Fathom's. In fact I've had the same pair for 20 years. I have had the lenses replaced twice, both times for $11. I am in need of another set of lenses, and was told by CS that it will be $62. What happen to the excellent CS dept?

I have many pairs or Costas and in general, great frames, great durability, great lenses. Recently purchased a pair of black frame Palmas with the grey lenses, and the lenses are near worthless. Ill write in to see if they will get me new or different lenses but these are not adequate for being outside in the sun.
