Just purchased my 5th pair of Costa sunglasses and all five pair are awsome. Looking forward to picking out my next pair. My friends at Costa have made it easy to shop, easy to check out and deliveries have been right on time.

Ordered 2 pairs on 6/14. Recieved an email on 6/18 that they had "shipped". I wait 10 days, never recieving the glasses. Customer service tells me only th label was created, and nothing shipped. SO, they said we will resend them in one day. Two days later, they send me an email saying they're out of stock, and I'll have to settle for a refund. Even though you can buy them on their website right now... Terrible customer service, terrible experience overall.

I recently broke my favorite pair of glass polarized fishing glasses. Costa offered me a 50% off coupon to get another pair. I then ordered 2 pair of fishing glasses but wanted 3 pair. I explained this to a representative and they gave me another 50% off. Totally my mistake and Costa went above and beyound to take care of me. Thank you

HORRIBLE customer service! I have never had as poor a service. If you are ordering your glasses directly on their website GOOD LUCK; I’m just trying to order a pair and it has been a week long back and forth process that is automated and for lack of any better word: RIDICULOUS. Their glasses are great but who ever is in charge of their customer service needs to be fired.

Shipment came earlier than delivery date. The product was great and exactly what I ordered. Easy to navigate and use the TRY ON tool online.
