Costa SunglassesReviews of costadelmar.com

Costa sunglasses are garbage! I have owned many over the years but for the $ just not worth the poor quality. See Ya Costa!

I got a gift and the promotion that my family member got was life warranty. The sun glasses are ok jut lost the color on the cristal. I claimed and the company said they are not guaranteed. Not a good company I won't recommend this company/brand

Costa no longer stands by its warranty. They demand proof of purchase after years of warranty work. You would think a customer relationship would mean something but it doesn't seem to with Costa!

Pieces of garbage. The lenses by the nose piece cracked within the first month of getting them, and later shattered the month after. I tried to make a warranty claim but costas platforms between warranty and the actual website are different and the warranty website was so buggy that it would refuse to let me sign in even after changing my password 5 times. Eventually after a week of trying i finally was able to file a claim and was denied a replacement within 6 months of purchasing. I used to love my costas, i can say i will never ever buy or recommend them again. I love my new mauis, if your looking for the costa ballast, get off this site and look at Mauis, half the price, nicer glasses, better customer service.

Rubber falling off ear piece on both left and right sides was told cant warranty but gave me directions to buy new parts but when i went to get new parts all they had was lenses. you would think for the amount of money you spend on these glasses it would be a little easier to fix a obvious defect in the glasses. iv owned 3 pairs of these glasses and two of them have had defects that weren't covered

Purchased Costa sunglasses on 3/1/2025 at Bass Pro Shops. On the second or third time to wear the Tailfin glasses, the nose pieces came off without me noticing. I then completed all submissions required for warranty, including purchase receipt. When I received a response, they said that I didn't meet warranty requirements and that I could purchase new ones for $123. I don't think so! David Hawkins

I placed an order for new Costa Diego Sun glasses through a 3rd party retail outlet. That company was quick and reliable and recieved the glasses in a couple days. I like the sun glasses but decided I wanted different color lenses SO I went to the Costa sight and ordered replacement lenses. I saved a screen shot that the order was placed and confirmed and my credit shows the money was paid BUT never received a confirmation email from Costa. I waited 3 days and then submitted a support ticket asking for an order status but no reply. I waited another day and opened another support ticket about the same thing but no reply. Waited another day and opened another support ticket about the same thing but no reply. Today will be my 4th support ticket but no response from Costa. If they are working hard to lose customers on purpose, they are doing a fabulous job of it. Worst service I've experienced in the last 6 months. Still NO response from Costa....I will never purchase another item from their website again...

I WAS a Costa sunglass wearer till unfortunately getting denied on a warranty request. I filled out the questionnaire, sent photos only to get denied for glasses purchased 2 months prior to the request. Time to move to Maui Jim or Cayman.
