Costa sunglasses are the quality I demand and their service is outstanding. I love the look and feel, the Tuna Alley are my favorite.

Buyer Beware! Quality has gone down! I’ve used them for 20 years but the past few years their quality has diminished while prices have gone up! They literally break within months, and they have no useful warranties. Twice in the past year, I’ve purchased a pair of the same sunglasses for $300 each. Both pairs broke due to bad production quality within months. The first pair - the frame broke at the joint 8 months after buying, and the other pair’s lens cracked 4 months after buying! I take excellent care of them, keep them in the case when not in use, and use the cleaning wipe that came with them. So these are definitely quality control and production issues! I submitted requests on both pairs and was told they were not covered under a warranty! How is a cracked lens and frame not covered under a warranty a few months after buying? It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money! Update: They have been contacted multiple times in multiple ways, and refuse to offer any warranty or repairs that don’t cost hundreds of dollars to me. They’re a horrible company!

Purchased Costa Catherine sunglasses several months ago, chose this type because they were advertised as scratch resistant. Unfortunately those sunglasses are not scratch resistant, found some scratches on the lenses.

My glasses broke at the temple where it connects to the lense assembly. As they were 15+ years old I called hoping I could just buy a new pair of temple arms. They no longer carries my style and explained their glasses have a lifetime guarantee so they approved a voucher for me to purchase a new pair online. The resources I worked with were fabulous. Friendly, understanding, responsive and great communicators. It was totally drama free and that just doesn't happen much anymore. I would rate the experience higher if I could but a definite 10 out of 10!

Glasses are nice, price was fair, but shipping was slow, with no status reports available from DHL.
