The warranty service is excellent. The service is the same as it has been for the 35 years I have been wearing Costa. I do not know how it could be made any better. A true example of you get what you pay for!

Spent hundreds on a nice pair of Rx Costas. Within a year they were warped and uncomfortable. Costa says that is not a defect and won’t repair. Several hundred down the drain ! Worthless crappy warranty

I wrote a review on June 5, 2024 (where I gave Costa a 1 star rating) and the automated reply was to contact them thru their website and submit a warranty claim. So, I filed a claim through their website and their automated reply was for me to contact the retailer where I bought the prescription sunglasses. The problem is, I purchased the sunglasses through Costa's website. Costa's MO seems to be DENY, DENY, DENY!!!
