Had an issue with correspondence after the order was placed. Contacted customer service and was very impressed with the speed and quality of the response. Once Ken got the information needed, a response was made that same afternoon within an hour. Got the products and very pleased. Will buy again.

I have been a very consistent customer for quite awhile but recently I’ve been very disappointed in Cozy Earth service. Your concierge service is horrible and wasted hours of my time recently on product you didn’t even have. And I asked for a call from a supervisor but it never came. I’m now looking at your competitors to fulfill my needs since I’m so disappointed in your support.

Their customer service is awesome. Immediately took care of a wrong size sent. The pajama set I ordered is so soft and washed and dried perfectly. Also appreciate that I was able to buy a petite. Great product and great customer service. I also bought them on sale. First time buying cozy earth but it won’t be the last.
