Response time for every email was very slow. Don’t leave it to the last minute as the process takes a long time.

Dear Bill, First of all, thank you for your business. boomerang carnets appreciates it very much, as well as your comments regarding the CPD process. As you know, the processing time is a bit long, anywhere between 5 - 10 days, typically. This is because there are requirements that normally take the customer time to fulfill. Your carnet was issued to you in 9 days including over the U.S.'s long Thanksgiving weekend. We apologize for the frustration this caused. Please call Leah Ogryzek if there are additional details of the process you feel should be discussed. Thank you for your 3-star rating. [email protected]
