I only did the first aid course now…
I only did the first aid course now November and I get a certificate dated from 11.03.24 - 11.03.25. I was also annoyed that I didn't get the test page back so I could find out what questions I answered incorrectly. If possible, would like a certificate dated from November not March.

Katherine, Thank you for your comments. We are a US-based company and use a US dating format (month/day/year). Though we appreciate the feedback, your certificate is dated correctly (by US standards). Prior to selecting "continue to checkout" you have an opportunity to not proceed and review all graded answers. We appreciate your business and would appreciate an upgraded review, as your concerns have been addressed in the above answers.
