When I called all confused
When I called all confused, everyone I talked to was truly nice. The first guy I talked to was great...not sure if his name was Bill? Then Terry called me just in case I wasn’t clear yet. I really like Terry. He is the one who installed our unit. He is wonderful! Thanks to everyone I talked to including the lovely people who answered the phone.

John Bohannon and Cole Young did a good…
John Bohannon and Cole Young did a good job of installing new system with no mess and quick service. Now, if you could only stop sending me e-mail notices each time I disarm my system I would be grateful. My e-mail is clogged with unnecessary messages, and Crime Prevention is adding to the load. I called two days ago, and asked at the Gainesville switchboard that this particular service be stopped, but it has not been. It was not. I would appreciate it if someone would do so. Documentation specs and 'Items Names'…
Documentation specs and 'Items Names' could be kind of 'cloudy'. Did happen when trying to change system password key.
