Hey sir!
I'm very sorry to hear you couldn't be happy with your new holster the way it came in. Unfortunately, when it comes to wet-molded holsters, despite every single one of them being checked for a perfect fit after they are made, they sometimes tend to shrink a bit (including straps) on their way to you as the fresh leather is drying out while in transit. That's why a proper break-in is sometimes simply inevitable. I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with how your feedback was handled, but I my colleague was just following our standard procedure. It's quite important to let us know about any problem you might have with a particular holster before you decide to fix it yourself.
When it comes to how long it took for the holster to be delivered, please, take into account that if you order something that's not available in stock for the configuration you select, it has to be made first, which is why we always notify you guys of both stock availability as well as estimated production time and delivery date.
If you wish to pursue a claim, let me know at my email address ([email protected]) or simply reply here, but include your order number too, please (6 digits).
Once again, I apologize for the trouble caused and I thank you for your understanding when it comes to our returns/warranty terms.
Regards, Al from Craft Holsters
