Adding one of these cabinets to the game room is like installing a centerpiece. The freight delivery requires you to be home and ready to lift, as the crate is massive. The assembly took some patience, but the trackball and joysticks feel just like the heavy-duty commercial machines from the nineties arcades.

Investing in a home arcade cabinet is a big commitment, kind of like buying a major appliance. The crated delivery was intimidating, and wrestling it into the game room took two of us. But once it was plugged in, the hardware felt incredibly premium, far better than those flimsy tabletop replicas.

Ordering a full-sized arcade cabinet online is a bit of a leap of faith. The freight delivery was a logistical hurdle since it's a massive box, but once we got it assembled, it was worth it. The joysticks have that satisfying, authentic click you remember from the nineties arcades.

Sourced a cocktail arcade cabinet for my basement setup. The delivery was a bit heavy to haul downstairs, but assembly was straightforward. The joysticks and buttons feel just like the classic ones from the nineties.

Sourced a standing arcade cabinet for the game room. It's a heavy piece of equipment, so getting it inside took some effort, but the build quality is sturdy. The screen is bright, and it feels just like the classic machines from the arcade days.

This is the second game I've purchased because I wanted to upgrade to a game with the trackball. I was excited about this game, but this experience has not been optimal. It took an extremely long time to receive our game...months from the time we ordered it. Very disappointed. Also, once we received the game, we realized that the trackballs really didn't work with precision and are virtually unusable. Lastly, part of our console cabinet broke and we have not been able to get a resolution from the company. So, we have a game that we can't play after playing a handful of times. Workmanship was not great. No resolution available. I do not recommend buying from this company. You will be on your own if something happens.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are genuinely sorry that your second Creative Arcades purchase did not live up to your expectations. We especially understand your disappointment because you chose to purchase from us again in order to upgrade to a machine with the trackball. We’re sorry for the extended wait for your machine, as well as the issues you encountered once it arrived. A trackball that isn't functioning properly and a damaged cabinet are certainly issues we would want addressed, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have a machine that you aren't able to enjoy. We are also concerned to hear that you feel you have not received a resolution. Our goal is never for a customer to feel that they are on their own after a purchase. We have a dedicated technical support team, and we want the opportunity to review what happened with your machine and the previous service communications so we can determine what can be done to address the outstanding concerns. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order information and reference this Trustpilot review. We will make sure your concerns are brought to the appropriate team for review. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced, particularly as a returning customer. We appreciate the trust you placed in Creative Arcades when you made your second purchase with us, and we would genuinely like the opportunity to work toward a resolution. — The Creative Arcades Team

I ordered this over two months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I did call about two weeks ago and was told it would ship soon but still no confirmation. I’ll give it another week then see what my options are for refund/return.

We realize this review is from 2023, so we understand that the original order is no longer an active situation. That said, we still wanted to respond because we don’t want a customer’s experience to go unacknowledged simply because time has passed. Waiting more than two months for an order and then not receiving the shipping confirmation you were expecting is understandably frustrating. Even if we can’t change what happened at the time, we can acknowledge that the experience described here was not the level of communication or service we want associated with Creative Arcades. If you ever have questions about a past order, or if there is anything we can still clarify for you, we’re always happy to hear from you. Please feel free to reach us at [email protected]. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and make sure any outstanding concerns are addressed. Thank you for sharing your experience and for giving us the chance to respond.
