I have recently contracted Creative Design 360 for the design of a logo. The project manager assigned to the project and I seem to have a disconnect. After several redesigns, all looking the same, I asked for a refund as I have not received a satisfactory rendition of a logo design. My feeling is that all the project manager wanted to do was to sell me a website of which I am not prepared to go forward with, especially with CD360. I ended up paying additional fees over the amount quoted for the logo design. I DONOT recommend Creative Design 360

SCAM….worse people ever
SCAM….worse people ever. They talk nice until they hand you over to the “legal team” and from there it worsened like crazy. Threatening me saying I need to pay 350 dollars for a submitted application or cancel for 600! lol what a lunch of fraudulent low life’s, should be ashamed of yourselves. I called USPTO which if you are getting a trademark I recommend you do to double check if your application to finalize your logo is yours. They will need authorization in order for that payment to start. DO NOT AGREE to the 350 dollars. Your application might be “submitted” which is what they are going to say but it’s not finalized. Meaning you don’t have to pay 600 dollars for a cancellation fee. Don’t listen to the threats. If you haven’t paid 350 you can say no to not continue. 3 ways to verify:
USPTO has to send you a confirmation email or text to show you have filed it successfully because they are a government company. If they do not you are okay. Call them and ask to see if your business name has been filed if they find nothing that is EXTRA verification you are okay. These people are horrible, don’t upgrade, don’t get extra packages and you’re smart you won’t do business at ALL with this company. Spent 180 dollars on logos that I’m still waiting on… 24 years old trying to start a company and there’s people like this which is why the world sucks. I urge you PLEASE STAY AWAY! GOODLUCK to everyone out there trying to do something good wish you guys the best especially if you decide to go through with this company lol because you will definitely need it.

I recently worked with Creative Designs…
I recently worked with Creative Designs 360 to create a logo and business cards for my company. I’ll start by saying the design team did a great job on the final product. The designs were clean, professional, and visually aligned with what I had envisioned. Communication during the design process was also responsive and clear, which I appreciated.
However, the overall experience was soured by the company’s aggressive sales tactics. My sales representative, Frank, was respectful in tone but extremely pushy. Despite telling him multiple times that my business does not need a website, he continued to push website packages I was not interested in. It felt less like a creative collaboration and more like a sales pitch I couldn’t escape.
After finally finalizing my logo and business cards, I was passed off to their so-called “legal team.” This part of the process felt the most uncomfortable. The representatives I spoke with were more focused on upselling me multiple trademarks and patents than actually helping me understand the process. I had made it clear I only wanted to trademark my logo, yet they insisted on pushing for three or four additional services—each costing $350 or more. One of the individuals I spoke with was particularly rude and dismissive when I declined their suggestions, his name was Oliver. He made the entire interaction feel more like a scam than a professional service.
Also, they’re very vague and unclear about things when we first spoke over the phone when I purchased a package I purchased the least expensive package and when one of their team members called me on the phone he mentioned if I purchased the premium package, it includes business cards. So I went ahead and upgraded to the premium package because my business needed the business cards fast-forward a couple weeks after I finish the logo design and finalize the business cards design as well as pay for the trademark patent. I get a call from the company saying that they actually realize that the premium package does not include a printed and shipped business card and that’s for the elite package, then they have the audacity to ask me to pay for the shipping and printing costs. That was my final straw because I know for a fact that when we spoke over the phone initially, they had explained to me that the premium package include printed business cards. I would have never upgraded to premium if that wasn’t already included into the package. This was just one of many times where the representatives say one thing but then turn around and say another, expecting you to pay the difference. I put my foot down and I refused to pay for it and threatened to get my bank involved if they charge my card.
In the end, I got what I paid for in terms of design, but the constant pressure to pay more, the lack of transparency, and the disrespect I encountered left a very bad taste in my mouth. If you’re looking for a simple design service without the stress of being upsold at every turn, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
Also, one of my employees put the logo that their so called “graphic design team” made, through an AI detector generator, turns out the entire design was made with AI. Maybe the detector was incorrect maybe not, either way highly discourage working with this company.

Paid $135.00. Was presented with three ideas a school kid could design in Word. The next few sent were closer but nowhere near professional. Some had different watermarks--as if lifted from other design companies. I asked to received my most desired choice of the bunch and stop the process there and was told I would have to register the logo through them (up to $900 to complete) or use my own attorney. And...that once through, had to report back to the Creative Design 360 with the registration# and at that time they would release the logo...and that the entire process could take up to 6 months. SCAM!!!

Definitely a scam
I concur with the other negative reviews. Employees all had foreign accents, with Anglo names. Upselling started with the first phone call. The low price listed on the website is a myth. My job was for a small reunion golf outing and the website quoted price eventually increased over 3 times due to”government fees”, then tried to charge a $120 cancellation fee when I said no. The work looked legit, but the business is not. Go local!

SCAM and Unprofessional Team Member
This company is a scam. They also go by CREATIVE DESIGN CREW. You should not spend your money for their professional services. They do not issue refund, so you will have to dispute the transaction with your bank. I will suggest cancel your card, and never use your debit.
This is their typical process:
1. They will show you their different packages and pressure you to get a better package. They will even throw you a discount. "Jason" will be their main salesperson. They will overpromise but underdeliver.
2. You will be assign a "project manager".
3. The project manager will communicate over email mostly send you some sample. Mine was a so called "James". I don't believe that is his legal name. Good luck finding a real last name. First few days, they are very helpful and responsive. I had their platinum logo package, so unlimited logo design review. but I was not happy with their work. Some were AI slops, and logos they took from various stock images and rebranded. If you want originality don't expect it from this company. I will suggest use reverse image search like google lens to find if there is an already match for the logo they provide.
If you are unsatisfied with their experience and request changes, they will try to help at first, repeat the cycle of AI generated images, then you will be ghosted. Good luck getting your money back.
Report this company if you can. Another company called Office American Irrigation has been dealing with them for over 7 months now and no luck. Our situation is the same.

Report Creative Design 360 to the BBB for Fraud
If you’re reading this and have had a bad experience with Creative Design 360, you’re not alone—and it’s time to take action.
Too many of us have experienced unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and what increasingly looks like fraudulent behavior. I strongly encourage everyone here to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so this company can be held accountable.
The more of us who report, the harder it is for them to continue operating like this. Let’s protect others from falling into the same trap.
⚠️ Important Warning:
If you’ve given them your credit or debit card, cancel it or request a new one immediately. Many of us have seen unauthorized charges continue through third-party billing services, even after communication stopped. These charges are often hidden or listed under unfamiliar names, so review your statements carefully.
Update:
I want to provide an important update regarding my ongoing issue with CreativeDesign360 and James.
After leaving an honest review(s) about my experience, James has now threatened to withhold my project deliverables—including my business card design and website guide, which were fully paid for on December 17, 2024. He stated that unless I take down the reviews, he will not provide the work that I am legally and ethically entitled to receive.
This is unacceptable and borders on extortion, as payment was made in good faith over six months ago. I believe this further reinforces the pattern of manipulation and unethical behavior already documented in many reviews.
If you’ve experienced similar threats or withheld services, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and notify your financial institution.
No one should be intimidated into silence after paying for services that were never delivered.
