Features DON'T Match the Sales Pitch
Significant discrepancy between what was presented during the sales pitch workshop and what the platform actually provides, i.e. not enough storage hosting if you create a Course in Creatyl. Their solution: host on Google Drive or Vimeo. Why would I pay $149 a month for Creatyl and still have to pay another service provider when I was informed that Creatyl provides such service?

We do want to clarify one important point for anyone reading this review. creatyl absolutely supports course video hosting directly inside the platform and will do exactly what you want to do and much more. You are trying to upload the videos in the file upload section rather than the video upload section. Course videos are uploaded in a separate video section right above the files section. We have been trying to reach you and have been sending you emails to show you exactly how to do it. We’ve tried to explain this because it sounds like the file-upload area and the video-upload area were being confused. You do not need to use Google Drive or Vimeo to host your course videos if you do not want to. We also reached out to you to help walk through the setup, and we’d still be happy to do that with you. Please contact us so we can show you exactly where to upload your videos and make sure everything is set up the way you intended. We genuinely want you to be able to use the platform for what you originally joined to do.
