I love my rep Jeff Brown, He is the best. He is always available whenever I need help with anything. Funding is quick and easy. The funding team is very helpful getting stips approved. The portal is very easy to use. My only complaint would be the advance. If I could get more of an advance I would definitely do many more contracts with Credit Acceptance.

I think your collection methods need work . You're quick to not repo a car , and let the funds come out of the dealers portfolio . At this very moment , I have a car at a local repair shop with a $1000 bill that runs and drives , and will do $3500 to $4000 at auction , and you refuse to repo it . My portfolio could use that extra $2500 to $3000 net .

It gives people another chance to get their credit corrected. I just wish they could approve more individuals with challenging credit, like before. Customers could come in with at least $1,500 and drive away with a vehicle. I know times are hard, but we still have many customers with challenging credit who need your help with financing.
