You’re not a competitive bank. You make us use your service contracts and gap. We do 100 deals a month with Westlake. You guys get a few you’re not competitive. Weare the largest independent used car dealer in Minnesota. You guys should come and get to know us and try to see if you can help us.

Caps and the new system are hard to navigate and the fees are out of control. The BEST thing about working with credit acceptance is Eric Heisman. This rep is the ultimate. Any bank should kill to keep this man. We do very little business with credit acceptance yet we see him more than most reps and ALWAYS available by phone. I call him on every deal and he walks me through the system every time I do a deal. Eric is the man!

the problem we are having with cac is since june of 2025 we have been trying to get our free credit reports you offer turned on the rep megan has talked to her boss about this no less the 15 times her boss has talked to his boss to turn on our bureaus that every dealer has ....i just keep getting told the are working on it ........i think by now they have decided not to do anything so i guess we have to keep living without the free bureaus cac offers very sad customer service sorry to say .........

Approvals are heavily discounted to dealer ship paying customers to take cars 9 out of 10 times unless you have a $10,000 car you bought for $1000 you won’t make money 99% of the time. Trey do a good instant screening though so I know what other lenders to use to make deals profitable. Also the collection dept is a joke they do not repo unless the customer demands it. I have customers that haven’t made payment in 3 years and still have there cars..

Delay in Pool money payouts and the constant look to sign up new dealers takes away from allowing dealers who’ve been loyal to credit acceptance to benefit. What sets dealers apart if ever place you walk into can offer a guarantee credit approval. Dealers should be vetted and required to be able m business for a certain period of time before being allowed to sign up. There are to many dealers here today gone tomorrow in the current state of the industry, every curbstoner is now a “dealer” several that CAC does funding with.
